Last night I made the Leek and Bean Cassoulet with Biscuits from Veganomicon
. I'd never even had a cassoulet before in my life, but it is pure deliciousness. Perhaps a little more suited for the winter than the 90+ degree temperatures we've been having lately ... but delicious just the same. The biscuits alone are gold-star worthy.
